  • We do not claim that all followers are real people with long‑term engagement intent
  • Engagement levels, retention, and follower behaviour cannot be guaranteed

These services are provided for marketing and visual enhancement purposes only.


3. No Association with Social Media Platforms

Victoria Digital Agency is not affiliated with Instagram, Meta, Facebook, or any other social media platform.

You acknowledge that using our services is done at your own discretion, and you are responsible for ensuring compliance with any platform’s terms of use.


4. User Responsibilities

You agree that:

  • All information you provide (including usernames) is accurate
  • You own or have permission to promote the social media account submitted
  • You understand the nature of social media marketing services offered
  • You accept all risks associated with social media growth services

We are not responsible for account actions taken by third‑party platforms, including restrictions, shadow bans, or suspensions.


5. Service Delivery

We aim to deliver services within the timeframes stated on the website.
However, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Service remains completed once the ordered quantity has been delivered, even if engagement later decreases.


6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Australian Law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We do not guarantee business growth, sales, or income results
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service

  • All payments are final and non‑reversible
  • Funds added to your account are considered non‑refundable deposits
  • Once funds are deposited, withdrawal is not permitted

You agree that depositing funds represents acknowledgment and acceptance of this policy.


2. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital and instant nature of social media marketing services:

All sales are final
No refunds are provided
No cancellations are accepted once an order is placed


3. Exception – Non‑Delivery of Service

A refund may be considered only if:

  • The ordered service is not delivered at all
  • The failure to deliver is directly caused by Victoria Digital Agency
  • The request is submitted within a reasonable timeframe

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Delays
  • Drops in followers
  • Changes to platform algorithms
  • Account restrictions or bans
  • User error (incorrect username)

4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes 

By purchasing or depositing funds, you agree that you will not:

  • File a chargeback
  • Open a payment dispute
  • Claim fraud or unauthorised payment
  • Attempt reversal through Stripe or your bank

Filing a chargeback after accepting these Terms is considered:

  • A breach of contract
  • A violation of this policy

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or permanently ban accounts
  • Terminate services without notice
  • Submit evidence to Stripe, including these Terms and usage logs

5. Fraud & Abuse Prevention

Attempting to recover funds through false claims, payment disputes, or chargebacks after service acknowledgment will result in immediate account termination and loss of services.


6. Acknowledgment of Service Nature

You clearly understand and agree that:

  • Services are marketing‑based and promotional
  • Engagement is not organic in the traditional sense
  • Followers are provided through incentivised or paid engagement systems
  • Results vary and no retention guarantee is offered

This understanding eliminates eligibility for refunds or disputes.


7. Compliance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law where services are not provided at all or are materially different from what was described.
